Allison Allain

Allison got her start in construction as a set builder and handyman and continued to hone her skills in every facet of construction over the last 20+ years. She founded PCI Builders in 2008 with the sole purpose of understanding every aspect of her client’s vision. With an extensive background in construction and project management, Allison has earned multiple awards including Best General Contractor in San Gabriel Valley, the 2015 Reader’s Choice Award, and Best of Houzz in 2020.

Apart from receiving multiple awards, Allison is an alumnus and currently a Cohort Ambassador and Alumni Advocate for the Goldman Sachs 10000 Small Businesses program aimed at helping entrepreneurs create jobs and economic opportunity by providing greater access to education, capital, and business support services.

Antonette Vanasek

Antonette Vanasek is a distinguished leader and entrepreneur in the financial services industry. As the Founder and CEO of Vanasek Insurance Services, Inc., she has cultivated a thriving business offering her clients outstanding service and tailored solutions.

In addition to her work within the private sector, Antonette Vanasek has a long history of advocacy for small businesses both nationally and locally, having served as Vice President of the National Small Business Advocacy Council, Media Chair of Sacramento Association of Health Underwriters, and an ambassador for 10,000 Goldman Sachs Small Businesses Program.

Through her involvement, she demonstrates a persistent commitment to facilitating meaningful conversations regarding small business programs that create tangible outcomes.

Apryl Stewart

As the Founder and President of Skyview Concessions, Inc., Apryl Stewart is known in the airport dining and retail concession industry as being a skilled leader in business development, operations, merchandising, buying, marketing, human resources, salary management, and sales management.

Established in 2007, Skyview Concessions, Inc. is the jewel on the crown of an impressive career that spans over 25 years. Apryl continuously leverages her retail, hospitality, food, and beverage expertise to guide companies operating within the airport concessions arena, resulting in joint ventures and partnerships, where she’s involved from initial design and construction to the grand opening, and beyond. Apryl is dedicated to building sustainable customer experience models that align strategies with the needs, lifestyles and tastes of the world’s travelers.

Skyview Concessions, Inc., an Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE), operates at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Apryl’s ability to develop and maintain credible, long-term business relationships has resulted in joint venture partnerships that include Specialty and Newsstand brands Spanx, CNBC, and Univision with Paradies-Lagardere, and California Pizza Kitchen, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Reilly’s and Urth Caffe and Bar with Areas, USA in addition to Duty Free and luxury stores including Jo Malone & Tom Ford brands with DFS and the Hudson Group and soon Pronto! Grab n Go at San Francisco International Airport (SFO).

Apryl is a longtime member of the Airport Minority Advisory Council (AMAC), where she served as the organization’s Western Region Director (2006 – 2008). She was also featured in a recent edition of the Los Angeles Sentinel Newspaper as a change agent helping to modernize and offer world class service to the traveling public at LAX.

Stewart earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix. She is also a recent graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business program for Entrepreneurs.

Dr. Jennifer Charles

For the past 20 years, Dr. Jennifer Charles has been a noteworthy leader in the area of Behavior Science. Inventor of the Boosting Healthy Habits app, Dr. Jennifer is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Performance Management Professional who provides Business Consulting and professional speaking engagements. In 2008 she founded Building Block Resolutions, Inc., which offers therapy for children, parent coaching, and crisis management training. Dr. Jennifer believes in a collaborative approach with clients to help find easy-to-implement solutions while still adhering to scientific rigor and common sense.

Dr. Jennifer Charles graduated from Florida State University in 2004 with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a minor in business management. She then earned her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with specialized coursework in Organizational Behavior Management. Later on, she went on to earn her Doctorate, where her research involved social media habits at work. In addition, she is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program.

Charlotta Carter

Charlotta is Managing Partner of PWC Technology Services, Inc. (Toronto) & CEO and President of GRI Technology Solutions, woman-owned, HUB zone-based IT Consulting and staffing firm headquartered in San Mateo, California. Her team provides diverse industry experience in supporting, deploying, launching and integrating solutions for both small-scale to large-scale global programs.

Charlotta Carter’s industry focus is technology, finance, healthcare and Cyber Security companies with insights on growing their businesses by improving the inventory of diverse resources with focus on profitability, casting a wider net, ensuring the best and brightest talent to give a company the best options.

As evaluated by Boardwise, Charlotta is considered an Advisory Expert, allowing her to bring deep domain expertise to any board and apply creative problem solving to get things done.

Charlotta’s extensive background inside and consulting for Fortune 500 companies and government agencies provides her a platform to advise companies on hiring the appropriate resources to move the company forward.

Louis Hirsch

Louis was born and raised in the Los Angeles area, including Westchester, Woodland Hills, and Beverly Hills. He graduated from Beverly Hills High School in 1976, attended UCLA, and graduated from Cal State Northridge with a degree in Accounting and Computer Science in 1981. After graduating from CSUN, Louis worked as a computer software tester and as a photographer. In 1977, Louis’s father bought Parker Lighting, which Louis bought from him in 1992. The company is currently celebrating 44 years of ownership of Parker Lighting this year. Louis’s father grew the company rapidly. Louis currently lives in Agoura Hills with his wife Janet and their two dogs, Daisy and Bentley.
